Do the prints come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Every print comes with its own certificate of authenticity. Each print also bears the Goldmark Atelier chop mark in the paper.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?
Free delivery worldwide for prints. Delivery for books are £10 within UK and £20 for the rest of the world.
Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery should be within 3 working days to the UK and 10 working days for the rest of the world.
How secure is shopping in the online shop? Is my data protected?
Our shop uses NASA grade encryption and we do not store any of your details on the website.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place an order with us your prints and/or books will be carefully packed by hand. We will then contact you by email regarding shipping.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
When you receive your order it will contain an printed invoice. You will also be able to view your orders online if you have created an account.
Free postage and packing on all prints worldwide. Prints are supplied rolled in a shipping tube.
Postage and packing on books is charged at a flat rate. Books are supplied in a bookbox.
